Flats are issued only to music stores, radio stations and concert venues for a limited time in limited quantities. This is the original 12x12 inch issued for Tony Bennett and K.D. Lang "Wonderful World a few years back. GREAT black and white photo on the front of this one, really cool choice to frame.
