Sorry I could not get a good picture without a glare, frame aprox. 9.5"x11" black, pic is aprox 4"x6", proffessional framed and matted. Frame has a few scratches on black part.

There is a $2.00 handling charge on most of my items, This is already calculated into your shipping, this will NOT be added on later, all my items are started out at a low bid, the handling charge is to offset ebay and paypal fees so that I can start each bid out as low as possible.

Returns are accepted buyer must return item to me in condition it was in when I mailed it, within 7 days. Buyer must pay to ship item back to me. Refund will be given on winning bid amount only, not on shipping charges.
