1. It is the Buyers responsibility to contact me with any and all questions before bidding on the auction . DO NOT wait until you have already placed a bid or, worse yet, after the auction has ended. By bidding you have entered into a contract with me and you are agreeing to the terms of eBay and this policy.
2. I reserve the right to cancel any bids for any reason.
3. When an auction ends, the high bidder will usually be contacted within 24 hours. However, please allow up to 48 hours if required. If, for whatever reason, you did not receive the confirmation message within 48 hours, please contact me immediately.
4. PAYMENT POLICY: Payment must be received within 7 days after the auction ends. Failure to do so will result in a non-paying bidder alert and possible further action. I accept the following methods of payment: Preferred method is Pay Pal, I also accept Regular Money Order, Personal Check and Cashiers Check. Do Not Send Cash!!! With Personal Check payments, the item will be held for 10 days from date of when check is received before shipping occurs to ensure the check clears your account.
5. RETURN/REFUND POLICY: All items are sold as described. Unless the item is significantly different from what was described I will not provide a refund. Packages that arrive damaged or appear to be lost will ONLY be refunded if the buyer purchased a shipping option that included insurance. All return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
6. SHIPPING HANDLING POLICY: For buyers who pay with PayPal, I ship to confirmed addresses only. All buyers will be provided with shipping options. If the package is lost or damaged you must have paid for insurance in order to be reimbursed. Packages will take at least 7-14 days and, on rare occasions, up to 4-5 weeks, depending on the shipping option selected and any delays that may occur along the way.
I do charge a handling fee: Domestic handling is $3. International handling is $5. The cost of the handling charge is included in the shipping charge. This is to cover the costs of shipping materials and the time involved to pack and ship the items.
I'll combine shipping and handling on multiple purchases if items are purchased within 5 days of original purchase. To determine the base shipping handling cost, the heaviest item will be used first. Combined shipping charges are $2 for every extra item. The handling charge is on the first item purchased, there is no handling charge for the additional items.
7. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: International buyers must remit payment via PayPal only. Items will be shipped to PayPal confirmed addresses only (no exceptions). Shipping and delivery can take up to 3 weeks or longer depending upon customs regulations for destination country. Complete name, address are required per U.S. Custom
