THE S HAS BEEN PROFESSIONALLY FRAMED AND MATTED. THE PICTURE DOES NOT DO THE ITEM JUSTICE.
ITEM IS ACCOMPANIED WITH A LETTER FROM SUPER HOLLYWOOD IN FLORIDA AND SIGNED BY ANA MUNGIA (WARDROBE MGM STUDIOS AND CREATIVE DESIGN)
THE LETTER READS, "This is to certify that the yellow S Shield emblem was given to me as a personal gift during the Salkinds, work on their Superboy production (late 1980s early 1990s) The above is true and correct. It is believed to have been used in the production of their Superman movies of the late 1970's starring Christopher Reeve. It is believed to have been used and removed from one of the red wool capes worn in the movie. Thank you"
