PLOT: Set in a futuristic vision of the late 1980's, Ukrainian Archbishop Kiril Lakota is set free after two decades as a political prisoner in Siberia. He is brought to Rome by Fr. David Telemond, a troubled young priest who befriends him. Once at the Vatican, he is immediately given an audience with the Pope, who elevates him to Cardinal Priest. The world is on the brink of war due to a Chinese-Soviet feud made worse by a famine caused by trade restrictions brought against China by the U.S. When the Pontiff suddenly dies, Lakota's genuine character and unique life experience move the College of Cardinals to elect him as the new Pope. But Pope Kiril I must now deal with his own self-doubt, the struggle of his friend Fr. Telemond who is under scrutiny for his beliefs, and find a solution to the crisis in China.
The photo is in good condition with no visible damage other than being old. There is some minor discolorization along the edges due to age. There is some minimal crinkles and afold on the upper left corner.

We have recently obtained a HUGE collection of classic movie stills. These are from the 1930's on up. The individual who possessed these worked in an old movie house and saved these when he retired the theatre closed in the 1970's. Keep checking back weekly as we will be ading more and more of this ENORMOUS collection to our site. Most of these are from The Shea's Bailey Theatre; opened as Shea's Bailey Theatre in 1928, it has been described as being an ornate Art Deco styled theatre. It had become known as the Bailey Theatre from 1943.

We DO NOT refund shipping costs. We will only refund the price of the product if we do infact accept the return.

We strongly suggest the purchase of USPS postal insurance, especially if the item is valuable. In some cases insurance will be madatory. If you do not purchase insurance the item is damaged in transit, we will not be held responsible. If insurance is not optional, please contact us we can add it to your invoice
We will combine multiple purchases, the cost will then be based on the weight of the combined purchase plus our shipping and handling charges.
