This is a BLOODY METAL PRODUCTION (BODY) "YANKING" SPIKE was used in the production of the movie but was not seen in the final edit of SAW 4. HOWEVER, IT LOOKS JUST LIKE THE SPIKES THAT WERE USED AND SEEN IN THE MOVIE!!
THIS 17 INCH BLOODY METAL SPEAR (SPIKE) WITH RUBBER TIP WAS INTENDED TO BE USED BY "MORGAN" WHEN SHE WAS YANKING THE BLOODY SPIKE OUT OF HER BODY IN THIS UNFORGETTABLE SCENE!
THE CLASSROOM SPIKE TRAP IN SAW IV IS ONE OF THE MOST GRISLY TRAPS IN SAW MOVIE HISTORY -- IT IS THE TRAP WHERE A WOMAN MUST RID HERSELF OF HER HUSBAND IN ORDER TO SURVIVE!
