These clippings are in excellent to good condition.

Buyer pays shipping and handling costs of $3.00. Buyers should understand that a handling charge (in addition to the actual shipping cost) includes the cost I pay for packing and shipping materials, plus the gas money and time expended in making a trip to the post office.
