This is one of Dir en grey's official U.S. Withering to Death CD's signed during the Family Values Tour. The CD also comes with a bonus DVD included. The CD booklet cover was signed by the entire band of all five members, Kyo, Shinya, Kaoru, Die, and Toshiya. As some fans may know, it is quite difficult and uncommon to find anything signed by Dir en grey, especially by all five members!
