Please remember that we will NOT be held responsible for lost or damaged items that are uninsured. We DO NOT accept CASH! It has become against eBay's policies for us to accept cash therefore we do not accept it. You must pay with Paypal, Money Order or Personal Check.
Returns: If you have an issue with your order when you receive it, please contact us within 7 business days. Please DO NOT just return the item. Wait for a response from us with instructions as to what your options are. Our return policy varies depending on the issue. We DO NOT accept returns for items damaged in the mail. WE recommend you buy Postal Insurance if you are concerned about damaged shipments. That is the reason we offer postal insurance on ALL of our items. If for any reason Postal Insurance was not offered on the item you bid on, please contact us and we will send you a new invoice. We also only accept returns on certain items. If you do not contact us and decide to leave us negative feedback instead, we will see that as the resolution and will not accept a return or issue a refund of any sort. We DO NOT refund shipping costs. We will only refund the price of the product if we do infact accept the return.
Insurance: We require insurance for any purchase over $50.00. International Purchases over $50.00 will have to be shipped Airmail Parcel Post in order to get insurance coverage. If you use the instant pay option, please make sure your invoice reflects the correct shipping method and insurance amount or this will delay shipping of your item because we will have to invoice you for the rest of the amount and await payment. We recommend that you buy Postal Insurance for all purchases. Some of our auctions and store items REQUIRE that you buy Postal Insurance. This is for your own protection.
