This is a Broadway Cast Souvenir Program from the original production of RENT, starring Adam Pascal, Anthony Rapp, Idina Menzel, Jesse L. Martin and Taye Diggs, among others.
A few of the pages are mildly dog-eared and there are some slight creases along the binding. But all of the pages are secure and it is in overall good condition, as shown in the pictures.
It is also signed on the first page! Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find out exactly which cast member's autograph it is, but you can see it in the second picture.
