The cost of shipping handling is $6.99 PER CD for domestic orders and $7.99 PER CD for international orders. Please note that because of our special promotional introductory bid price, we cannot combine shipping/handling charges if you win more than one CD! Multiple-item wins WILL be shipped in the same envelope.
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail for domestic items and USPS Air Mail (First Class Mail International) for international orders. Domestic orders (within the USA) are generally delivered within 3-5 working days but may take up to two weeks; international deliveries are generally made within 7-10 business days but may take up to one month. Tracking is not available due to USPS restrictions regarding package size/weight for delivery confirmation on First Class Mail items.
If you are a US buyer and it has been two weeks from the date you received shipment notification from us, or if you are an international buyer and it has be one month from the date you received email notification of shipment, please email us for a replacement.
Please note that we are not responsible for items lost by USPS or your domestic courier, but we will ship replacements or provide refunds for all lost or misdelivered orders.
