We do keep all POST OFFICE PAYMENT RECEIPTS that the ROYAL MAIL DO TREAT as PROOF OF POSTAGE & this is in fact PRINTED ON RECEIPTS, insurance only covers the cost of the item they will not pay for the lost postage

Most items are CARD (NEW CARD) BACKED - with NEW ENVELOPE/INTERNAL PACKAGING or may be from RECYCLED MATERIALS
