It is an uncirculated edition which was sealed and stored in the official Revolutionary Comics archives the week it was produced, and has never been offered for public sale before. The comic's condition is like-new mint, and hasn't been handled since the day it came out of the printing crate and was placed into the Rock 'N' Roll Comics archives in 1991!
