This is the program for a 1949 program given at the Market Street Branch of the YMCA in Asheville, NC
All of our paper goods are shipped in water-resistant covers with stiffeners.

Delivery Confirmation (0.75) or insurance is required for all shipments over $20.00. Express and priority mail services available. International shipping charges will be based on shipping charge plus cost of packaging. Registration or insurance required on all international shipments. Registration may be waived for shipments costing less than $20.00, including shipping. You can check the cost of these services at www.usps.gov.
If you win several auctions or purchase multiple items from us, we combine shipping. However, you must pay for all the items in a single transaction to receive savings on shipping costs. Do not hesitate to write if you have questions.

We combine shipping on multiple purchases, but E-bay check out may not always provide the proper computation. Always request an invoice for multiple purchases. Overseas shipments over $20.00 total cost including shipping, must be registered. Domestic shipments over $20.00 require delivery confirmation or insurance. If you receive an item that is not as described, you may return it for a full refund or other compensation of your choice. Any purchase that simply does not please you may be returned within 10 days for refund of the purchase price, less E-bay sales fees. (Shipping costs are not refunded for voluntary returns). WRITE within 10 days to let us know the item is coming. All refunds are made via Paypal.
Damaged shipments Back to Top
We pack your purchases for safe shipment, and expect them to arrive without incident. However, if an item is lost or broken in shipment, we will refund your full purchase amount plus shipping. provided 1) you provide evidence of the damage and 2) cooperate in recovering insurance coverage from the shipper. In general, you will need to return damaged merchandise to the post office. Please contact us immediately for instructions if a shipment arrives broken.
Lost and Delayed shipments Back to Top
Being stamp dealers, we normally ship via USPS. First class mail usually arrives in 5 to 10 days, parcel post may require up to 30 days to arrive. We require purchase of insurance or delivery confirmation on most shipments because we have found that marked packages travel faster and more reliably. Nevertheless, a few shipments do get lost. The USPS does not accept claims on lost packages for 30 days, and we also do not process claims for lost merchandise until 30 days after shipping. However, you should let us know sooner that we have a possible problem.

We require insurance for domestic shipments and registration or insurance for international shipments totaling more than $20.00. We have chosen this requirement because experience shows that insured and registered items are more likely to arrive safely than those that are not insured. E-bay checkout does not properly track this requirement, so request an invoice if you purchase multiple items or the insurance does not seem right.
