I ship using 1st class International Air Mail (Signed-for), I’m based in EUROPE - PORTUGAL - and you should expect shipping to take 5-8 days (can however on rare occasions take up to 2-3 weeks (customs) - fell free to email anytime asking for your goods).
All goods are shipped by the Portuguese Post Office and have a tracking number RO 9327 0633 8 PT (as an example).
I will provide the correct number with the usual eBay message send when your order is shipped.
You should have that message in the 48h after your PayPal payment. If not please ask me why, thanks.
If not received in reasonable time 2/3 weeks (Canada and Australia take up to 3/4 weeks) I will fill a complain and Post investigate.
You can ask for Insurance (Not available at Post for the US, sorry) Europe is: + USD$3.00 on small packing.
Up to now I never had to fill a complain for non receipt at my post.
