Returns and Refunds: We want you to be happy with your purchase. Return your poster unwrapped and undamaged within 30 days and we will refund your money or exchange it with another item of similar value from our eBay Store. - Unless you purchased Insurance at the time of checkout, items WILL NOT be refunded or replaced if LOST or DAMAGED.
Even though we use the strongest mailing tubes possible, we process many claims every month for lost or damaged shipments by the Postal Service. To protect your purchase, we recommend insurance at the time of checkout. Minimum insurance fee is .95ยข.
