I do everything possible to provide prompt, impeccable service,
but no one is perfect;
at such times, I go the extra mile to make amends.
Payment – Ideally, all payments or payment arrangements are made in the first three days after the auction ends. I am a very reasonable person, and know that life can interfere with our best-laid plans. If I do not receive payment, or if you have not made payment arrangements, within 7 days after the auction has closed, I will submit an Unpaid Item Report to eBay. This is merely a housekeeping issue, as I pay fees whether a Buyer pays their invoice or not. If the issue is resolved within the next 7 days, then – no harm, no foul. But if it is not resolved within those 14 days, then it will affect your account. So the key here is communication!
Feedback – If the Buyer is unsatisfied in any way, I expect the Buyer to let me know as soon as possible so that I may resolve the situation accordingly. Please do not bid on any items from this Store unless you are willing to communicate and accept positive measures of customer service if a problem arises. Neutral or Negative feedback really should be the last resort when a Seller is unwilling to make things right if an error has been made. I am always willing to do what needs to be done to fix a problem.
Delivery Times – I mail items a couple of times a week, so you should expect to receive your items within 10 business days. Even so, occasionally problems arise with delivery times, usually due to the complications of weather and fuel crisis worldwide. As a result, within the USA, I only guarantee delivery if you choose the USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation option! If you choose the USPS First Class option, I will not replace or refund if your item does not arrive. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this rule.
