Decal is Die cut. The Black part you see is the decal, which is cut from premium outdoor rated vinyl for years of enjoyment. White part represents any background you put it on, ie Car window or body panel.

Shipping
Most Decals will be shipped within 48-72 hours not including weekends of cleared payment. Special color requests and customization may take slightly longer on occasion, but normally all orders are filled in this timeline. Shipping costs are for Shipping and HANDLING. If you think the total price of the decal including shipping is too high, don't buy it. Please do not buy the decal and then whine later that while the price of the decal was great, the shipping was high. The shipping costs are not a secret. We post them on every auction. Shipping is more expensive than it seems. The postage, Envelopes, time to address and package the product, and the time and fuel costs involved with going to the post office add up. This is not to mention ebays and paypals exhorbitant fees which total up to 50% of many of our decals prices. We appreciate all of the business our customers give us, and hope to provide you with a good product and excellent service to keep you coming back. Terms of Sale
Default color for this auction is WHITE. Available colors include White, Black, Red, blue, Green, Brown, Pink, Yellow, Silver, Gold or Rainbow Prism. Please include your color choice after your purchase, preferably in the notes section of your paypal payment. Please do not e-mail us asking if we have one of these colors available. We Do! Please do not request your color ahead of time, because your e-mail will be deleted as we will have no order to put it with and do not wish to keep track of dozens of e-mails requesting special colors from people who never actually purchase. Just send your request when you pay. Insurance is available. We self insure. If you do not purchase insurance we will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. By the way, wrinkled transfer tape does not indicate damage. Once installed and the wrinkled tape is removed, your decal will lay flat and look great. Unless the decal is cut or torn it is not damaged. Please do not ask us for a tracking number. We keep our decal costs very low and tracking info is very expensive. If you want tracking info, we will be happy to get it for you provided that you contact us after your purchase is made in order to pay extra and recieve this service. please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.
