VINTAGE FILM POSTERS MEMORABILIA Original American Lobby Card
This ORIGINAL, lobby card was designed and printed to promote the first theatrical release of the 1939, American horror/drama feature, THE HUNCHBACK OF NOTRE DAME. The film stars Charles Laughton as Quasimodo, with Cedric Hardwicke, Thomas Mitchell, Maureen O'Hara, Edmond O'Brien, and George Zucco. The film was directed by William Dieterle.
The lobby card is an ORIGINAL lobby card. It is NOT a reprint, reproduction, re-issue, or commercial item available to the general public. It was created to be displayed in the movie theatre lobby to publicize the film.

OVERALL CONDITIONVery Good/Fine CONDITION DEFECTSThe lobby card is in very good/fine condition. There are about 18-20 pin holes in the borders. There is slight edge and border wear. The main graphic image is outstanding, with great detail in the crowd scene, where hundreds of people are visible. There are no other tears, fading, stains, smudges, missing paper, fading, extra folds, or pin holes. The reverse side is unmarked. There has been NO restoration. The colors are richer and brighter, than the poor JPEG image suggests.
