It is an emotional poem about the many talents who once sang there.....

Sorry for leaving any out, but it's impossible to include every name in one poem and keep the poetic flow. After all, a sonnet is only 14 lines. All this is on a beautiful fully designed background. Who Sang Here?
Whose holy voice has filled this hallowed air, Reverberated off these ancient walls And left each person spellbound in his chair? Whose mind no longer lyrics here recalls?
Is he an Acuff, Foley, Pierce, Reeves, Young,
Frizzell, Tubb, Thompson, Gibson, Williams, Snow? Perhaps it was a lady who has sung
Here many times; someone we all should know.
Is she a Wynette, Carter, West, or Cline,
Who on this stage appeared for countless weeks . . .
A Davis, Carson, Pearl . . . who at this shrine,
Her voice is silent ’though her memory speaks?
Whoever shared their voice with you and me,
They must have been the best that there can be!

has written almost 1000 poems/songs

was Poetry Awards director/judge for three years (Sept. 1998-Sept. 2001)
has been published more than 200 times in various magazines, newspapers, books, etc.
