To get the shipping discount on multiple items, please wait for our email with the combined shipping charge. If you send a separate payment for each item, we can't combine shipping after the fact.
U.S. and Canada: If you buy multiple items, we only charge shipping on the heaviest item - all other items ship for free. (Large lots weighing over one pound / 500 grams are charged the actual shipping cost.)
All Other Countries: If you buy multiple items, we charge the shipping cost of the heaviest item plus 10/additional item, up to 250 grams. Heavier shipments are charged the actual shipping cost.
Items are usually mailed the next business day after we receive your payment.
All shipments are sent by airmail from our address in Canada. If you are in the U.S., please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your item to arrive. (On rare occasions, the mail can take longer.)
All prices are in U.S. dollars.
If you pay with a PayPal electronic check, we will ship the day after it clears. This usually takes 4 business days, but sometimes it takes longer.
If you are in Canada, we pay the sales tax on all items under $50. For a single item over $50, we charge the appropriate GST, HST, or PST.
Orders over $100 are sent insured at no charge in the U.S. and Canada. For smaller orders and other countries, the cost for insurance and tracking is $7-$10, or $12.50 for registered mail. (These are the actual costs charged by the Canadian post office.) We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
We pack your order securely with protective cardboard or in a cardboard mailer. Large lots are packed securely in a cardboard box with bubble wrap or peanuts for protection.
We leave positive feedback the day your payment is made (or the day it clears).

We give a 10% discount if your total order is over $50.00, and a 20% discount over $100.00. These discounts are on the items you purchase, but not on the shipping charge.
We will send you an email with the total amount, after the discount.
