How many photos are on the CD?
The number of photos varies. Each of our CDs contains at least 200 image files in .jpg format. Most contain several hundred images.
Can I print the photos?
The product is not intended as a source for printable photos. It is a multi-media memorabilia CD that contains a variety of media including photos, videos, desktop wallpapers, and text documents. It should not be purchased solely as a source for large, high resolution, print-quality photos but rather for the whole range of media featured on the disc.
What is the average size/resolution of the photos?
All different sizes are included. The smallest photos are 300x400 pix. Resolutions vary widely, but we have specifically edited out low-quality, blurry images, so you can be sure that the images will display crisply on your monitor. Each CD usually contains a few 4x6 and/or 8x10 size photos as well.
Can I play this CD on my DVD player?
Some DVD players--those that recognize CD-R discs--will allow you to view the files. However, much of the other content on the CD (such as videos and text documents) will not be accessible on a standard DVD player.
Are your CDs Macintosh compatible?
Due to the authoring format of the CDs, we only guarantee compatibility with PC computers. Purchase our CDs for your Macintosh computer at your own risk.
Do you combine shipping/handling charges if I buy multiple CDs?
Shipping/handling charges are always flat-rate per CD. We do not combine shipping/handling fees under any circumstances regardless of the number of of CDs purchased (see shipping section below for more information). Furthermore, we impose a limit of 10 CDs per customer to discourage piracy of our products.
I haven't received my order yet; when was it shipped?
When your order enters the shipping phase, you will receive an email from us confirming shipment. Our ship days are Wednesdays only. Once you have received the confirmation email from us regarding shipment of your order, we insist that you wait a minimum of two weeks if you are located in the USA and one month if you are located outside the USA prior to contacting us about a lost shipment. Also please note that package tracking is not available on any of our shipments, so please do not ask us for tracking data. Lost and mis-delivered items are the responsibility of the USPS, and in no way reflect on our fulfillment process. Please consider this fact when leaving feedback.
~ Payment ~
Paypal is the preferred form of payment for all our auctions. With Paypal, you can make a secure payment using your major credit card, bank account, or Paypal balance without revealing any of your sensitive information. Please ensure that your payment is received by the Wednesday following the close of the auction, otherwise you will have to wait an additional week for shipment as we only ship on Wednesdays. We also accept checks and money orders. If you wish to pay with a check or money order, please email us after the auction for our payment address. Payment is due within 7 days of auction close; unpaid items will be submitted to eBay's dispute process for handling. Attention international buyers: we do not accept IBAN bank transfers!
~ Shipping/Handling ~
The cost of shipping/handling is $6.99 PER CD for domestic orders within the USA and $7.99 PER CD for international orders anywhere outside the USA. Due to our special promotional pricing, we cannot combine shipping/handling charges regardless of the number of CDs won (see the FAQ section for more information). Multiple item wins will be shipped in the same envelope. Tracking is not available for any of our shipments. All shipments are made using USPS First Class Mail for domestic orders and USPS First Class Intl' air mail for international orders. Domestic orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days of shipment, but may take up to two weeks for delivery. International orders are generally delivered within 10 business days of dispatch, but may take up to one month for delivery. See the FAQ section above for more information about delivery timelines and our policies regarding lost shipments.
~ Money-Back Guarantee ~
If you are not totally satisfied with your product, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price including shipping/handling. All orders must be returned prior to refund. Please do not leave any adverse feedback prior to contacting us, as doing so will disqualify you from our return policy and money-back guarantee offer.
