Payment Instructions Shipping Information
Payment must be received in full within 7 days after purchase or winning bid. Seller will hold shipping until full payment has been received and cleared bank if in the form of a check, money order, etc. PayPal is accepted and a confirmed shipping address is strongly requested. Items will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. If you desire delivery confirmation and insurance, please specify and request from the seller amount to be added for additional services. Shipping insurance is suggested for large dollar items since this is your only recourse if your item is lost or damaged during shipment. Seller is not responsible for items damaged during shipping. All items are carefully packaged as to not damage the product. Customs forms to declare contents and invoice paid value of your shipment will be completed by seller in an accurate and honest manner.
Customer Service Item Quality
Photographs of all items are available for your examination prior to purchase or bidding. Your bidding or purchase will signify that you have examined them as fully as you desire or that you have chosen not to. Items not sold as new may vary in age and physical condition. These items are sold "as-is." Seller cannot make any guarantees, implied or otherwise as to what a third party grader might rate an item. I do my very best to describe items in a fair and accurate manner however, it is my opinion. Buyers must rely on their own inspection and not any representation made by the seller. Each buyer is encouraged to ask questions or request additional photographs by email prior to purchase or bidding.
Combined Shipping Discount
For combined U.S. shipping discounts, the highest shipping amount must be paid. For each additional item with lower shipping and handling charges, only half the specified amount must be paid. Please contact the seller with questions regarding this policy prior to payment to be provided with a correct total of shipping and handling charges.
Refunds
Please contact seller prior to returning any items to explain the reason for return. Refunds will be remitted as money back. Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Item must be received back in same condition as when shipped by seller. Refund will be remitted to the buyer when item has been received returned at the buyer's expense.
