This is a prop actually used in the Broadway show MARY POPPINS. It appears to be a stock or bank document. It has been signed by the shows stars ASHLEY BROWN (Mary Poppins) and GAVIN LEE (Bert). I obtained this item on Sept 21, 2008 directly from reps of the show at an annual charity event in Manhattan. Excellent condition. Nice item! Check my feedback and bid with confidence.
