Payments
We accept MasterCard and Visa via telephone. We also accept PayPal, Money Orders, bank checks, and personal checks (on items less than $100). Payment must be received within 10 days of the close of the auction. If it is not received, you will receive an official email from eBay requesting payment and will be reminded of your delinquent payment when you log into eBay.

We strive to satisfy all of our customers. We do not have a formal return policy, but please email or call us if there is an issue with the item(s) you have gotten from us within 21 days of your receipt of the items. We will work with each customer in order to provide them with a satisfactory solution.

Shipping Handling
Shipping for this item may be determined by eBay's shipping calculator -- please check the top or bottom of this auction page to see it.
Your order is professionally packed and shipped FAST via our ASO certified shipping department and using either DHL or UPS. All auction winnings include $100 worth of insurance IF YOU SELECT DHL OR UPS SHIPPING. Additional insurance can be purchased at the rate of $1.00 per $100.00 and is mandatory on all fragile items and electronics.
Note: if you choose United States Postal Service (USPS) Media Mail, Priority Mail or First Class Mail options, we are not responsible for lost packages. USPS shipping options are not available for all auctions.
Local Pickup
I welcome local pickup on any item. A pickup charge of $2 per item is applied to your balance. Local pickups are charged 7% NC sales tax. Please see Retail Sales below for store hours and directions.
Some of my larger items and furniture may be located offsite. After you have paid for the item, I will put you in touch with my consignor so that you can make arrangements for pickup.
Insurance Breakage
In the rare event of breakage during shipping by the carrier, please keep all packing and shipping materials. We will contact the carrier and begin an insurance claim. Items can only be reimbursed to the extent that they are insured. Non-insured items will only be reimbursed up to $100.

Retail Craigslist Sales
ShipOnSite's AuctionsOnSite maintains a retail storefront and Craigslist presence in addition to online auctions. We reserve the right to end any auction early if the item has been purchased and is no longer available. Winning bidders in the eastern NC area are welcome to locally pick up their auction winnings during standard business hours.
