We Do Combine Shipping!!!
We combine all of the items actual weights.
We do charge a $2.00 handling fee per order.
And then add on the actual shipping charges to your destination for that weight.
Please keep in mind your shipping total is for all of the following: packaging supplies, printing supplies and our gas to get your item to the post office, the actual shipping fees and delivery confirmation on your package.
We ship almost every order within 24-48 hours of payment being received.
Excluding holidays and weekends. Special order items or personalized
items will be delayed and exact shipping time is unknown. Please refer to the notes in the auction for particulars. We send an email with every shipment with
all of the info such as the shipping method etc. If you do not get this email you can always email us and we will gladly send it again.
Insurance is HIGHLY recommended.
The postal service is very hard on packages.
We have been shipping for many years and feel we
securely package our items to arrive safely and will
not replace or refund for items that arrive damaged
if you did not purchase insurance.
We have a 100% satisfaction on all our products.
If you are not happy you can return your item.
We will send you a prepaid mailer to ship the items back (NO CHARGE TO YOU!!)

As long as it's in it's original packaging and not damaged in any way we will issue a full refund of your purchase price minus original shipping paid. If you do not put your auction ID or item number in with the return we can not process a refund until we get it.
Items that are received damaged will not be replaced if insurance was not purchased. It's very inexpensive and we highly recommend it.
